Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Relations Representative to join our team at Air Canada.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers in both English and French.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Meet or exceed performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a unionized environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- A competitive hourly rate of $20.04.
