About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Relations Representative to join our team at Air Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers in both English and French.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a unionized environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
