Customer Service Representative, Aftermarket Parts Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative, Aftermarket Parts. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Invoice Resolution: Accurately process and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Targets and KPIs: Meet and exceed performance targets, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Bombardier's brand with integrity and professionalism, showcasing our values and commitment to excellence.
- Education: A college degree in business administration, hospitality, or a relevant technical field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
- Tech Proficiency: Strong computer skills and familiarity with current technology.
- Language Skills: Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken). Functional French is also required.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment.
- Customer Focus: Deliver exceptional customer experiences consistently.
- Team Player: Collaboration and teamwork are essential in this role.
- Aerospace Insight: After-sales customer service experience is an asset.
- Tech Toolbox: Familiarity with Bombardier's software tools (SAP, Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.) is an advantage.
