Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective resolution to client inquiries and issues
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met
- Accurately document client interactions and requests using our tracking systems
- Facilitate action to close gaps between client expectations and experiences
- Apply consistent and timely follow-ups to demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction
- Escalate issues as necessary to facilitate timely resolution
- Support the development of tailored messaging and communications
- Track collection of client service fees
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on business objectives
- Completed high school education or equivalent work experience
- Basic knowledge learned on the job
- Verbal and written communication skills - Basic (in business environment)
- Organization skills - Basic (in business environment)
- Collaboration and team skills - Basic (in business environment)
We offer a competitive salary range of $33,850.00 - $44,000.00, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans.
