We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative/Operational Support Specialist. This role will provide exceptional support to our clients and team members, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of client issues and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Actively listen to clients' concerns, diagnose their service needs, and facilitate timely problem-resolution.
  • Communication: Respond to client concerns in a professional manner, conveying ownership, competence, and respect for the client relationship.
  • Documentation: Accurately document client requests using our tracking systems.
  • Advocacy: Serve as an advocate for individual clients, escalating issues as necessary to facilitate timely resolution of service problems.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on business objectives.
  • Task Execution: Execute work to deliver timely, accurate, and efficient service, completing standardized tasks under supervision.
Requirements
  • Education: Completed high school education or equivalent work experience.
  • Credit Qualifications: Credit Qualifiable job, Credit Qualifications, and associated credit knowledge and skills according to established qualification standards.
