Job Summary

As a key member of our airport operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our passengers, ensuring a seamless travel experience from check-in to boarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer service to passengers
  • Check-in passengers for flights, assign seats, and issue boarding passes
  • Verify passenger identification and travel documents
  • Tag passenger bags to correct destinations
  • Ensure the aircraft is clean prior to departure
  • Board passengers onto flights and verify travel documents
  • Monitor carry-on luggage and operate jet ways, canopies, and aircraft doors
  • Assist passengers with special needs, including those in wheelchairs, unaccompanied minors, and passengers with visual or hearing impairments

Requirements:

  • Ability to work on a permanent basis in Canada
  • Experience in a customer service environment, preferably in the airline industry
  • Ability to obtain necessary security clearances
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle stressful situations
  • Dependability and a clear attendance record
  • Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50lbs on a regular basis
  • Ability to assist with wheelchair transfers and special service request passengers

Language Requirements:

Ability to communicate and correspond clearly and precisely in English and French
