Customer Service Representative

As a key member of our airport operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our passengers, ensuring a seamless travel experience from check-in to boarding.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer service to passengers
- Check-in passengers for flights, assign seats, and issue boarding passes
- Verify passenger identification and travel documents
- Tag passenger bags to correct destinations
- Ensure the aircraft is clean prior to departure
- Board passengers onto flights and verify travel documents
- Monitor carry-on luggage and operate jet ways, canopies, and aircraft doors
- Assist passengers with special needs, including those in wheelchairs, unaccompanied minors, and passengers with visual or hearing impairments
Requirements:
- Ability to work on a permanent basis in Canada
- Experience in a customer service environment, preferably in the airline industry
- Ability to obtain necessary security clearances
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Detail-oriented and able to handle stressful situations
- Dependability and a clear attendance record
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50lbs on a regular basis
- Ability to assist with wheelchair transfers and special service request passengers
Language Requirements:
Ability to communicate and correspond clearly and precisely in English and French
