About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective resolution to client inquiries and issues
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met
  • Accurately document client interactions and requests using our tracking systems
  • Facilitate action to close gaps between client expectations and experiences
  • Apply consistent and timely follow-ups to demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Escalate issues as necessary to facilitate timely resolution
  • Support the development of tailored messaging and communications
  • Track collection of client service fees
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on business objectives
Requirements
  • Completed high school education or equivalent work experience
  • Basic knowledge learned on the job

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $33,850.00 - $44,000.00, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans.
