Administrative Project Coordinator

The Luso Canadian Charitable Society is seeking a dedicated **Project Administration Officer** to oversee various administrative functions within our organization. This role is crucial for ensuring that our operational processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 2 to 3 years in a similar role
The successful candidate will work in a dynamic setting, focusing on **associations and non-profit organizations**.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and enhance administrative procedures to improve efficiency.
- Assign tasks to support staff to optimize workflow.
- Set work priorities and ensure adherence to established procedures and timelines.
- Manage the administrative functions of the organization.
- Coordinate and plan office services, including logistics, supplies, and maintenance.
- Assist in developing the operational budget while maintaining inventory and financial controls.
- Compile data and create regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Supervise and streamline office administrative processes.
This position will involve interaction with **culturally diverse groups**, requiring sensitivity and understanding.
Technical Skills- Proficiency in **Social Media** platforms.
- Experience with **project management software**.
- Familiarity with **database software**.
- Knowledge of **cloud technologies**.
Experience with **CIDOC-CRM** or similar online databases is preferred.
Work Conditions- Ability to work independently and manage a large workload.
- Capable of performing under pressure with attention to detail.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
