Job Summary

The Project Administrator will play a critical role in the success of our projects at CRB. This individual will be responsible for coordinating and managing project-related activities, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation.
  • Provide administrative support to project teams, including coordination of meetings, document control, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project progress, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring proactive and effective risk management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, project management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project administration, coordination, or a related field.
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with project management software, such as Deltek Vision or PMWeb.
  • OSHA 10 certification.
