As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to multiple projects and initiatives, ensuring effective project delivery and maintaining a structured environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the coordination of project deliverables, including status reports, business requirements, and project closure documents.
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes for project status meetings.
- Coordinate updates and submit weekly project status reports.
- Ensure content on team sites remains relevant and that documents are stored in the appropriate repositories.
- Assist in the coordination of major deliverables and provide administrative support to project teams.
- Post-secondary degree.
- Approximately 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Project Coordinator role.
- CAPM or PMP certification is considered an asset.
- Experience working with project documentation, including status reports, business requirements, and project closure documents.
- Power user of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project and Visio is an asset.
- Knowledge of Project Portfolio Management Tools is an asset.
- Strong listening and problem resolution skills, strong organizational skills, and ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with dedication to meeting deadlines.
- A team player with a constructive approach to challenges.
- Travel within North America may be required.
