Job Summary

Medline Canada is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Business Transformation team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to multiple projects and initiatives, ensuring effective project delivery and maintaining a structured environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the coordination of project deliverables, including status reports, business requirements, and project closure documents.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes for project status meetings.
  • Coordinate updates and submit weekly project status reports.
  • Ensure content on team sites remains relevant and that documents are stored in the appropriate repositories.
  • Assist in the coordination of major deliverables and provide administrative support to project teams.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree.
  • Approximately 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Project Coordinator role.
  • CAPM or PMP certification is considered an asset.
  • Experience working with project documentation, including status reports, business requirements, and project closure documents.
  • Power user of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Project and Visio is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Project Portfolio Management Tools is an asset.
  • Strong listening and problem resolution skills, strong organizational skills, and ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with dedication to meeting deadlines.
  • A team player with a constructive approach to challenges.
  • Travel within North America may be required.
