About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at SIDHU ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Procedures: Implement new administrative procedures, review and evaluate existing ones, and ensure they are followed by all staff members.
  • Work Prioritization: Establish work priorities, ensure deadlines are met, and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Record Management: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records, ensuring compliance with government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Office Services: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget, maintain inventory and budgetary controls, and oversee expenditures.
  • Reporting and Data Entry: Assemble data, prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, and perform data entry tasks.
  • Office Administration: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring the office runs efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
