Position Overview

The role of the Documentation and Projects Analyst at Lakeview Millwork Ltd. involves overseeing various administrative functions and ensuring efficient project management within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Evaluation: Assess and refine new administrative processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Task Delegation: Assign tasks to office support personnel to optimize workflow.
  • Work Prioritization: Set work priorities and ensure adherence to established procedures and deadlines.
  • Administrative Management: Execute administrative tasks essential for the smooth operation of the establishment.
  • Policy Administration: Manage policies and procedures concerning the release of records in compliance with government access to information and privacy laws.
  • Office Services Coordination: Plan and coordinate office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and security services.
  • Budget Preparation: Assist in the development of the operating budget while maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Data Management: Compile data and generate periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Data Entry: Perform accurate data entry tasks.
