Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and assess new administrative processes
  • Delegate tasks to office support personnel
  • Establish work priorities and ensure adherence to procedures and deadlines
  • Oversee administrative functions of the establishment
  • Coordinate and plan office services including accommodation, equipment, and supplies
  • Assist in budget preparation and maintain inventory controls
  • Compile data and generate periodic reports and correspondence
  • Perform data entry tasks
  • Train and mentor staff
  • Monitor and evaluate office administrative processes
  • Resolve conflicts and provide coaching
Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervise a team of 3-4 individuals.

Technical Skills
