Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and guide a team of Outbound Business Development Representatives in executing successful outreach strategies and sales methodologies.
- Regularly assess, manage, and report on BDR performance metrics, making necessary strategic adjustments to optimize results.
- Formulate outbound strategies informed by market research and competitive insights to enhance lead generation and qualification processes.
- Analyze the effectiveness of outbound initiatives, implementing modifications to achieve or surpass targets related to lead generation, pipeline contributions, and revenue growth.
- Provide training, motivation, and development for Outbound BDRs, including supervision, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews on recorded outbound communications, offering constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Support outbound communications and provide on-call assistance to ensure effective lead qualification and transition to the sales team.
- Uphold Info-Tech's reputation by adhering to established standards in all outbound business development and service delivery activities.
- Establish lead generation and qualification objectives, accurately forecasting annual, quarterly, and monthly key performance indicators.
- Maintain a minimum in-office presence of four days per week.
- Intellectual curiosity: A strong desire to understand our products, market dynamics, and customer requirements.
- Exceptional communication skills: Ability to engage effectively with senior executives, team members, and prospective clients.
