Job Summary:

The Front Desk Coordinator is a critical role within our community at Fox Ridge, impacting the lives of residents and igniting the warmth of human connection. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to team members, residents, families, and the public.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform incidental clerical work, including typing, filing, delivering messages, sorting mail, photocopying, faxing, and other administrative tasks.
  • Answer, screen, and direct all incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Greet all visitors with a warm and welcoming smile, directing them as required.
  • Provide exceptional service at all times, ensuring a positive experience for all interactions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident listings, charts, and files.
  • Prepare charts and files for new admissions, ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Secondary school graduate or equivalent education.
  • Minimum of 2 years' computer experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with all contacts in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to pass a Criminal Record and Judicial Matters Check, as well as a Vulnerable Sector Check.
