- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with stakeholders.
- Communication and Customer Service: Answer telephone calls and relay messages, respond to electronic enquiries, and provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
- Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions and operations.
- Office Administration: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure the efficient operation of our office.
- Front Desk and Reception: Greet people, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide a warm and welcoming experience for visitors.
- Data Entry and Administration: Perform data entry tasks to support our operations and maintain accurate records.
- Microsoft Office Suite: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
- Work Environment: Permanent position with a regular full-time schedule of 35-40 hours per week.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
