We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Concierge to join our team at Seasons Retirement Communities. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents and their families, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, their families, and guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage the front desk and reception area, ensuring a clean and organized environment that reflects the high standards of our community.
- Coordinate and facilitate events and activities, working closely with our activities team to ensure a seamless experience for residents.
- Process and manage resident mail, packages, and other correspondence, maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Covid-19 vaccination is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of office procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and external partners.
- Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on providing exceptional service to our residents.
