We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Concierge to join our team at Seasons Retirement Communities. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents and their families, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, their families, and guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage the front desk and reception area, ensuring a clean and organized environment that reflects the high standards of our community.
  • Coordinate and facilitate events and activities, working closely with our activities team to ensure a seamless experience for residents.
  • Process and manage resident mail, packages, and other correspondence, maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Covid-19 vaccination is mandatory.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of office procedures.
