Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Concierge to join our team at Seasons Retirement Communities. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents and their families, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, their families, and guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage the front desk and reception area, ensuring a clean and organized environment that reflects the high standards of our community.
- Coordinate and facilitate activities and events that promote socialization and engagement among residents, such as outings, entertainment, and educational programs.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of resident needs and services.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping, to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents, their families, and external partners to promote a positive and supportive community environment.
Requirements:
- Covid-19 vaccination is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of office procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
- Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to exercise tact and diplomacy in dealing with residents, staff, and external partners.
