Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Concierge to join our team at Seasons Retirement Communities. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents and their families, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, their families, and guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage the front desk and reception area, ensuring a clean and organized environment that reflects the high standards of our community.
  • Coordinate and facilitate activities and events that promote socialization and engagement among residents, such as outings, entertainment, and educational programs.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of resident needs and services.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping, to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, their families, and external partners to promote a positive and supportive community environment.

Requirements:

  • Covid-19 vaccination is mandatory.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of office procedures.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
