Business Administration Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Luxury D Homes Trading Ltd. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate the work of other team members to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects.
- Develop and Implement policies and procedures to improve office efficiency and productivity.
- Provide Training and Guidance to new team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Manage Office Supplies and Inventory to ensure that the office is well-stocked and equipped with the necessary resources.
- Coordinate Appointments and Scheduling to ensure that meetings and appointments are scheduled efficiently and effectively.
- Manage Contracts and Agreements to ensure that all business dealings are conducted in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service to internal and external clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
- Compile and Analyze Data to provide insights and recommendations to management on how to improve business operations.
- Prepare and Present Reports to management on key business metrics and performance indicators.
- Respond to Employee Questions and Concerns in a timely and professional manner, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software
This role will be based in a retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre environment.
Work LanguageThe primary language of work is English.
Hours of WorkThe hours of work will be 35 hours per week.
