Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Granite Warehouse Inc. as an Office Coordinator. This is a permanent position that requires a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Office Administration: Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining accurate records.
- Data Management: Compile and analyze data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Support: Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives, providing support and assistance as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
