Position Overview

As an Administrative Assistant at Fergus Esso, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential in supporting our team and enhancing productivity.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary school or equivalent experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and coordinate various events, including seminars and conferences.
  • Document and prepare minutes for meetings and events.
  • Establish and implement office procedures and routines.
  • Manage scheduling and confirmations for appointments.
  • Handle incoming calls and relay messages effectively.
  • Respond to electronic inquiries promptly.
  • Compile and maintain data, statistics, and other relevant information.
  • Order and manage office supplies, ensuring inventory is maintained.
  • Arrange travel logistics, including itineraries and reservations.
  • Welcome visitors and direct them to appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Set up and maintain both manual and computerized filing systems.
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence and other documents.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications is essential.
