About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at SCS Metals Limited. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our office operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our team members, including preparing correspondence, reports, and other documents.
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Communication
    • Respond to incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
    • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Data Entry and Management
    • Enter data accurately and efficiently into our systems.
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date databases and spreadsheets.
  • Office Operations
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
    • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • Experience an asset.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficient in MS Word, QuickBooks, and MS Excel.
