Office Administration Specialist

The Administrative Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of office functions at Fergus Esso. This position involves overseeing various administrative tasks and supporting the overall efficiency of the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Management: Review and assess new administrative processes to enhance efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Delegate tasks to office support personnel and establish clear work priorities.
- Operational Oversight: Ensure adherence to procedures and meet established deadlines.
- Policy Administration: Manage policies and procedures related to record releases in compliance with government regulations.
- Office Coordination: Plan and coordinate office services, including accommodation, equipment, and maintenance.
- Budget Assistance: Aid in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory controls.
- Reporting: Compile data and generate periodic reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Administrative Procedures: Oversee and streamline office administrative procedures.
Supervise a team of 3-4 individuals, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity.
Technical SkillsProficient in MS Office applications to facilitate daily tasks.
Work EnvironmentWork in a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to manage pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role.
- Free parking available.
- Permanent position.
