- Prioritize Work: Set work priorities and ensure adherence to established procedures and deadlines.
- Administrative Management: Oversee the administrative activities of the organization.
- Policy Administration: Implement policies and procedures regarding record management in compliance with privacy legislation.
- Office Services Coordination: Plan and coordinate office services, including accommodation, equipment, and maintenance.
- Budget Assistance: Aid in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain budgetary controls.
- Data Compilation: Gather data and create periodic reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Administrative Oversight: Supervise and coordinate office administrative procedures.
Supervise a team of 3-4 individuals.
Technical SkillsProficient in MS Office applications.
Work EnvironmentThis role is set in a fast-paced environment requiring the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
Experience RequirementsA minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience is required.
