Position Overview

The role of the Office Operations Manager is essential in ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative processes within the organization. This position requires a strong leader who can effectively manage a team and streamline office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education: A background in business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years in a similar role is required.

  • Administrative Duties: Oversee and refine administrative procedures, ensuring compliance with established policies.
  • Team Management: Supervise a team of 16-20 office support staff, delegating tasks and establishing priorities.
  • Office Coordination: Plan and coordinate essential office services, including supplies, maintenance, and security.
  • Reporting: Compile data and prepare various reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with electronic mail systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook).
  • Transportation: Accessible via public transportation.
  • Work Conditions: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Personal Attributes: Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and a high level of organization and reliability.
Employment Details
