Operations Support Officer

As an Administrative Services Coordinator at YNJ Immigration Consultancy Inc, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our operational efficiency. This is a permanent position offering a flexible work schedule of 30 to 35 hours per week.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of a college or CEGEP program, or equivalent non-university certification or diploma (1 to 2 years).
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required.
Knowledge of Sinhala or Tamil is considered an asset.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and assess new administrative protocols to enhance operational workflows.
- Establish and prioritize tasks to ensure adherence to established procedures and timelines.
- Manage various administrative functions within the organization.
- Coordinate and plan office services, including logistics, supplies, and maintenance.
- Assist in budget preparation and maintain effective inventory and financial controls.
- Compile data and generate regular and special reports, as well as correspondence.
- Oversee and streamline office administrative practices.
- Analyze data and prepare insightful reports to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with administrative standards and procedures.
This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing for a combination of remote and in-office work.
