Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, report preparation, and correspondence.
- Procedure Implementation: Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure they are efficient and effective.
- Team Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 people and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Office Operations: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Financial Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures.
- Reporting and Analysis: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Training and Development: Train staff on new procedures and policies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
