Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Truedata Recovery Solutions Inc. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration: Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing contracts, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including digital databases and manual filing systems.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client needs and concerns in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Operational Support: Assist in planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English.
