Security Professional for Healthcare Environments

Healthcare Facility Security Officer
Paladin Security is on the lookout for approachable and assured Security Professionals to join our Healthcare Division across various locations, including medical centers, private healthcare practices, and assisted living facilities. This role features a unique 7 on, 7 off schedule, alternating between day and night shifts. On-call Security Officers receive a standard rate during on-call periods and specific rates when responding to shifts. Additionally, travel compensation is available for journeys exceeding 50km one-way. Working in healthcare security can be both physically and emotionally challenging, necessitating compassion, understanding, and a commitment to public safety for staff, visitors, and patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage access control and oversee designated areas within the facility.
- React to emergencies and alarms, perform regular patrols, and investigate any anomalies.
- Ensure patient safety and accurately document incidents.
