Your Role:
- Maintain a secure environment by controlling access to facilities and restricted areas.
- Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, ensuring the safety of all individuals on site.
- Conduct regular patrols to identify potential security risks and address them effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients, staff, and visitors.
- Document and report any irregularities or incidents observed during your duties.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to de-escalate situations.
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to interacting with diverse individuals.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- A commitment to confidentiality and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
- Physical fitness to perform duties such as walking long distances, climbing stairs, and handling security equipment.
- A valid AB Security license or willingness to obtain one prior to employment.
