About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Security Professional to join our Healthcare Division at Paladin Security. As a Security Professional, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors at our healthcare facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide access control and monitor restricted areas of the facility
- Respond to incidents and emergencies, including alarm activations and patient safety concerns
- Conduct regular patrols to identify and mitigate potential security risks
- Investigate and report any irregularities or incidents
- Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid AB Security license or willingness to obtain
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Physical ability to perform duties, including walking and standing for extended periods
