We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Security Professional to join our Healthcare Division at Paladin Security. As a Security Professional, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors at our healthcare facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide access control and monitor restricted areas of the facility
- Respond to incidents and emergencies, including alarm activations and medical emergencies
- Conduct regular patrols to identify and mitigate potential security risks
- Investigate and report any irregularities or incidents
- Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure patient safety and well-being
- Valid AB Security license or willingness to obtain one prior to commencement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Physical ability to perform duties, including walking and standing for extended periods
- A competitive hourly rate
- A 7 on, 7 off rotation with alternating days and nights
- Guaranteed base rate during on-call hours, with increased rate for called-out shifts
- Mileage compensation for travel exceeding 50km one-way from base location
