Key Responsibilities- Provide access control and monitor restricted areas to prevent unauthorized access.
- Respond to incidents and emergencies, including alarm activations and medical emergencies.
- Conduct regular patrols to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
- Investigate and report any irregularities or incidents.
- Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure patient safety and well-being.
- Valid AB Security license or willingness to obtain prior to commencement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to de-escalate conflicts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Physical stamina to perform duties, including walking and standing for extended periods.
