About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Security Professional to join our Healthcare Division at Paladin Security. As a Security Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide access control and monitor restricted areas of the facility.
  • Respond to incidents and alarms, and conduct thorough investigations.
  • Conduct regular patrols to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
  • Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure patient safety and well-being.
  • Document and report all incidents and irregularities.
Requirements
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and de-escalation skills.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure and make sound decisions.
  • Valid AB Security license or willingness to obtain one.
  • Ability to perform physical aspects of the job, including walking and lifting.
