We are actively searching for personable and confident Security Professionals to work at various healthcare facilities. This includes hospitals, private clinics, long-term care centers, and more. Our dedicated Healthcare managers collaborate closely with our employees to find a role and worksite that aligns with their lifestyle preferences.

This position operates on a 4 on, 4 off rotation, alternating between day and night shifts. To be considered, you must have full availability without any restrictions.

Healthcare Security demands both physical and emotional strength. Security Professionals are entrusted with providing support, empathy, customer service, and public safety to healthcare staff, visitors, clients, and patients. While the environments can be fulfilling and engaging, they can also be demanding. Our exceptional Healthcare managers offer 24/7 support, focusing on minimizing risks and providing real-time guidance.

A Day in the Life of a Healthcare Security Professional:
  • Control access to and within the facility, including restricted areas.
  • Monitor and respond to incidents on the property, including through surveillance cameras.
  • Conduct patrols, identifying potential security risks.
  • Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies.
  • Investigate and document any irregularities.
  • Ensure patient safety and report any incidents as needed.
