HR Specialist
Salary: $75,000 to $95,000 annually
Location: Edmonton Branch

Key Responsibilities- Assist the recruitment team and hiring managers to facilitate the effective selection and onboarding of high-caliber candidates.
- Implement tailored strategies, best practices, and methodologies to address the challenges of high-volume recruitment.
- Engage in job fairs and university recruitment initiatives.
- Organize and manage new employee orientation and training programs.
- Oversee 30-day and 90-day feedback surveys for new hires and compile reports.
- Support the administration of benefits and leave programs, including short-term disability and personal leaves.
- Contribute to employee engagement strategies.
- Stay informed and serve as a backup for all HR Coordinator functions.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant provincial legislation and processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
- CPHR designation is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
