Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR programs, services, and strategies for our growing team of over 150 employees. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for motivating, leading, and developing a team of HR professionals to exceed hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR programs, services, and strategies to support business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to achieve hiring goals and provide exceptional employee experiences.
  • Collaborate with leadership to influence employee engagement and achievement of company goals.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, benefits, and compensation plans.
  • Partner with leadership to develop and implement recruitment strategies, organizational structure, and staffing levels.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • CPHR certification preferred.
  • 7+ years of HR/recruitment management experience, including at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Workday.
  • Experience managing HR for a warehouse/distribution and shift environment.
