Key Responsibilities:
  1. Total Compensation & Benefits Management:
    1. Oversee benefit enrollment and continuous administration.
    2. Manage total compensation strategies for all employee tiers.
  2. HR Technology and Data Management:
    1. Administer HRIS, ensuring data integrity and management.
    2. Oversee HR dashboard operations and related reporting functions.
  3. Employee Lifecycle Management:
    1. Facilitate employee onboarding processes and manage the employee lifecycle.
    2. Lead the security clearance process for employees at all levels.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  1. Strong understanding of HR design and administrative functions.
  2. Familiarity with HR compliance, employment standards, and human rights legislation.
  3. Experience with HRIS systems (experience with Criterion is a plus) and the ability to serve as a subject matter expert.
  4. Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Ability to cultivate and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Education and Professional Qualifications:
  1. Minimum of three years of HR experience.
  2. Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
  3. Proficient in HR software and tools, with experience in HR metrics and dashboards.
  4. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  5. Must be eligible to obtain Government of Canada Level II (Secret level) and RCMP enhanced security clearances.
