Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our recruitment and employee experience initiatives. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract and hire top talent for our organization.
  • Employee Experience: Design and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall experience.
  • HR Programs: Lead the development and implementation of HR programs to support business objectives, including talent management, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including leadership, hiring managers, and HR team members, to drive business results.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels to ensure seamless information exchange between HR, leadership, and employees.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 7+ years of HR/recruitment management experience, including at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Certifications: CPHR certification preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in using an applicant tracking system (ATS), Workday a plus, and experience managing HR for a warehouse/distribution and shift environment.
