Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team at Skotidakis Goat Farm. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for coordinating various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including opening and distributing mail, and setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.
    • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
    • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • HR Coordination
    • Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals.
    • Liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Payroll Administration
    • Oversee payroll administration, including ensuring accurate and timely payment of employees.
  • Recruitment and Hiring
    • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions.
  • Health and Safety
    • Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills
    • Business administration and management, general.
    • Human resources management/personnel administration, general.
Work Environment
  • Work Term
    • Permanent.
  • Work Language
    • English.
  • Hours
    • 35 to 40 hours per week.
