Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee HR initiatives, services, and strategies for a workforce exceeding 150 individuals.
  2. Inspire, guide, and cultivate a team of HR specialists to surpass recruitment objectives.
  3. Work in conjunction with branch leadership, hiring supervisors, and HR colleagues on recruitment strategies, organizational design, and staffing requirements.
  4. Offer expertise on employee relations and engagement initiatives.
  5. Effectively communicate and manage employee benefits and compensation frameworks.
  6. Collaborate with management to motivate staff towards fulfilling organizational objectives.

Essential Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related discipline.
  2. CPHR certification is advantageous.
  3. A minimum of 7 years of experience in HR or recruitment management, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  4. Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS); familiarity with Workday is a plus.
  5. Experience in managing HR functions within a warehouse/distribution and shift-based environment.
