Job Summary

TOTEM RECRUITER is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Consultant to join our team on a temporary basis for a 12-month contract. As a key member of our HR department, you will work closely with our business partners to drive talent acquisition, organizational development, and employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic HR counsel to stakeholders throughout the talent acquisition process, ensuring seamless collaboration with business partners.
  • Develop and implement effective talent attraction strategies through social media, job boards, and other recruitment channels.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to promote our employer value proposition and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.
  • Collaborate with our IT and Communications teams to launch and optimize our new career website.
  • Promote HR policies and programs internally.
  • Contribute to the improvement of HR processes and procedures.

Requirements and Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Industrial Relations.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition.
  • Excellent French language skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
