Key Responsibilities

In close partnership with both the project team and clients, the Human Resources Consultant will:

  • Design, develop, and implement diverse Human Resources and Organizational Development programs, processes, policies, tools, and initiatives.
  • Serve as a human resources expert (business partner) by providing guidance on various HR aspects and assisting clients in executing proposed solutions.
  • Deliver expertise in both strategic and operational human resources and organizational development.
  • Collaborate with clients to assess their needs and outline project deliverables.
  • Support and train managers and staff in executing action plans.
  • Offer mentorship and guidance to Analysts involved in project teams.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Administration, Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • A Master's Degree in Human Resources, Management, Organizational Development, or a relevant discipline is an asset.
  • 7-10 years of experience in Human Resources and/or Organizational Development projects, including organizational redesign, strategic planning, performance management, competency development, process mapping, and succession planning.
  • Experience in culturally diverse environments or with various communities is advantageous.
  • Fluency in both English and another language is essential.
