Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Consultant to join our team at Sia Partners. As a key member of our Human Resources & Transformation business unit, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients in leading their transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organizational Design and Classification: Develop operational models, conduct organizational assessments, and create organizational classification strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
  • HR Management and Human Resources Performance: Design and implement HR functions, develop employee competency plans, and facilitate organizational development efforts to enhance HR performance.
  • Human Resources Development: Recruit, train, and develop employees to meet business needs, and implement performance management systems to drive employee growth and development.
  • Digital HR: Implement digital solutions to optimize HR processes, improve employee experience, and enhance business outcomes.
  • Future of Work: Develop and implement flexible work arrangements, telecommuting policies, and skills/knowledge/jobs of the future to drive business success.
  • Project Management: Plan, implement, and track projects to ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality results.
Requirements
  • University degree in business administration, HR, organizational development, project management, communication, or psychology.
  • At least 5 years of experience in consulting or projects with the Human Resources Department.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Fluency in French and English is essential.
  • Proficiency in Ms Project is an asset.
