About the Role:

The Institute for Performance and Learning is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expertise in strategic and operational human resources and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to assess their human resources and organizational development needs and define projects to address these needs
  • Implement customized action plans, programs, and strategies to drive business results
  • Support change management initiatives to ensure a smooth transition to new processes and systems
  • Train managers and staff on best practices in human resources and organizational development
  • Mentor Analysts on project teams to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Contribute to the development of service proposals that meet the needs of our clients

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as human resources, organizational development, or business administration
  • 7-10 years of experience in human resources and organizational development, with a proven track record of success
  • Experience working in diverse contexts or with First Nations is an asset
  • Fully bilingual with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
