Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Management Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering staff consultation and grievance procedures, planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Human Resources Policy Development
    • Develop and implement human resources policies and programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.
    • Review and update existing policies to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Talent Management
    • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
    • Conduct research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales.
  • Employee Relations
    • Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures to ensure fair and equitable treatment of employees.
    • Advise managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements.
  • Organizational Development
    • Oversee the classification and rating of occupations to ensure accurate compensation and benefits.
    • Plan, develop, and implement organizational development initiatives to improve employee engagement and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • 1-2 years of experience in human resources, talent management, or a related field.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
    • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
