WIPTEC, a leader in order picking for the retail and e-commerce industry, is seeking a Human Resources Consultant to support its strong growth. The successful candidate will be based in Longueuil, St-Hubert sector, and will be part of a dynamic team that values teamwork and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze existing HR processes and identify opportunities for improvement to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Conduct various meetings with employees, including 30-60-90 meetings, operations team support, and employee support.
  • Facilitate new employee onboarding and integration sessions and exit interviews.
  • Develop, implement, and provide expertise in regulatory matters, accident investigation, and occupational injury management.
  • Lead, prepare, and document the agendas of the health and safety committee meetings.
  • Manage group insurance, including enrollment, termination, change of coverage, recovery of disability and maternity cheques.
  • Foster a sense of belonging among employees by acting as a point of contact for unionized employees.
  • Gather and consolidate information related to the weekly payroll processing to ensure the link with the finance department.
  • Ensure compliance with the collective agreement.
  • Follow up on OHS, disability, maternity, work permits, training, and other administrative files.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, or any other field deemed equivalent.
  • Three to five years of experience in human resources.
  • Membership in the Ordre CRHA (an asset).
  • Experience in a unionized environment (an asset).
  • Excellent work organization skills.
  • Bilingualism in French and English, spoken and written.
