Position Summary:

  • Provide assistance to customers in the showroom while ensuring a professional atmosphere
  • Respond to inquiries regarding vehicles, applications, and financing options
  • Establish rapport with clients to guide them in selecting the appropriate vehicle and financing terms
  • Maintain a customer database to facilitate future sales opportunities
  • Conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations
  • Negotiate sales in accordance with dealership policies
  • Follow up with clients to encourage repeat and referral business
  • Stay updated on training and certifications relevant to the role
  • Perform additional duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license
  • Successful completion of background and MVR screening
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Physical capability to meet job demands
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • A competitive and motivated mindset
