Head of Ticket Sales and Client Relations

The Head of Ticket Sales and Client Relations will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and enhancing customer engagement.

Work Schedule:

Full-time, with flexibility for evenings and weekends

Position Overview:

Reporting directly to the executive team, the Head of Ticket Sales and Client Relations will spearhead initiatives aimed at maximizing customer satisfaction and generating revenue through strategic sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth through the sale of season tickets, group packages, and individual tickets, ensuring a memorable customer experience.
  • Engage with clients through effective database management, utilizing various communication channels including phone and in-person interactions.
  • Collaborate closely with the box office to ensure seamless execution of sales operations.
  • Oversee the customer database, developing innovative strategies to enhance communication and engagement.
  • Formulate and implement strategies to optimize existing sales initiatives while assessing risks and exploring new opportunities aligned with organizational goals.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance and strategic initiatives to the management team.
  • Design and conduct fan engagement activities, including surveys and special events.
  • Execute game day responsibilities as needed.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, fostering strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies and industry regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with various departments to support daily operations and strategic objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred college education in sales, marketing, or sports management.
  • Experience in high-volume sales and database management is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management software is preferred.
  • Previous sales experience in diverse business environments is a plus.
  • Strong work ethic and accountability for personal performance.
