About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences.

Chef Supervision

Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and kitchen assistants, to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet demand.

Food Safety and Quality Control

Ensure that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards of safety and quality, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer feedback and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements
  • Education

A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

Experience as a chef or in a related role is an asset.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Hours

40 hours per week.
